Upenn Turkish Student Association

Turkish Student Association is a non-profit organization sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania and the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly (GAPSA). This organization is maintained by the efforts of many voluntary Turkish undergraduate and graduate students at Penn.

Our mission is to provide a platform for bringing Turkish community in Philadelphia together, for promoting exchange of information, and for introducing Turkish culture and Turkey to international community. We feel primarily responsible for representing Turkey and Turkish community in international events. We try to promote the Turkish culture by organizing many social and educational events which are actively participated by Penn graduate and undergraduate students as well as all others who are interested in Turkish social and cultural life.
